What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site — for example your name, email address, phone number, arrival details, or the message and rating you choose to send. You do not need an account to use this website, and browsing it does not require you to give us any personal information.

You can leave feedback or ask a question without giving us your name or contact details, though we will not be able to reply if you do.

How we use it

Form submissions are emailed to the One Hand Foundation team so a volunteer can reply or arrange the help you asked for. Website feedback and ratings are used to improve these pages.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the One Hand Foundation volunteers handling your request, except where we are required to by law.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep submissions only as long as we need them to follow up and to understand how the site is being used. If you would like us to delete what you sent, email us and we will remove it.

Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp groups, mosque websites, city services, and other organizations. Once you follow a link, that organization's own privacy practices apply — not ours.
